The diagnostic process is significantly facilitated by the availability of an ultrasound apparatus of high class, equipped with a color and spectral Doppler, which provides the opportunity for assessment of the blood supply of the digestive system organs and early detection of thromboses and stenoses of venous and arterial blood vessels. Apart from Echography of abdominal organs, there is a possibility for examination of surface structures and changes in the region of the neck, limbs, abdominal wall, including, the blood flow within them. When necessary, the diagnostic process is expanded through utilization of the modern laboratory, last generation roentgen equipment, including a Computerized Tomograph and, in case of indications, of Magnetic Resonance Tomography.

At the reception room, an estimation of necessity for performing invasive examinations, such as: fiber gastroscopy, fiber colonoscopy with consequential therapeutic procedures, performing of contrast enhanced Echography of abdominal organs, and carrying out of purposeful biopsy of focal processes in the liver and pancreas.
